Description
Our latest Aviationtag comes from the fuselage of the De Havilland Canada DHC-6 N460TA, which was once used for Gravitas Aviation, among others. Previously, she flew for decades with Aeralpi, Mackey International Airlines, Eagle Air and a few others – a real workhorse in international use.
It was built in 1967 as MSN 46 by De Havilland Canada – and its last flight was a few years ago. Most recently, it was on display at the Aviation Museum in Budapest. From there, we were able to secure part of her aircraft fuselage before the aircraft was scrapped – and in this way give her a second life as an aircraft day.
The DHC-6 Twin Otter stands for adventure, discovery and flying far from the mainstream. With the Aviationtag made of upcycled aircraft material, you are not only carrying a piece of aviation history with you - but also a symbol of the courage to break new ground. Whether on a keychain, luggage or in your collection: This piece of aviation is a real highlight for AvGeeks and collectors and a great gift as an aviation souvenir!
