REMOTE: Part time (6 Hour Pw) Social Media Assistant

 

About the Role: 

We’re looking for someone to help out for 6 hours per week, remotely from home, producing and uploading short videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and uploading/scheduling photos to our social media profiles (Instagram and Facebook).

We will send stock back and forth to you periodically, so you can use that to produce great content. 

This is the perfect role for a creative individual who wishes to work part time on something fun alongside their studies or full time job. 

Pay: £12.50 per hour

 

Requirements

You will be a creative individual with a passion for creating great and fun content. 

You will be responsible for increasing our post views (impressions) and follow count across all platforms, by testing out fun and creative ideas for content - which engage the audience right from the first moment they see the content. 

You can show yourself on camera, or not, it’s up to you! You’ll have control over the social media strategy. 

You must have an understanding of TikTok and Instagram reels.

REMOTE: Telephone Customer Service & Operations (4 Days / Full Time) Position

(CLOSED - but accepting CV's for future openings)

 

About the Role: 

We are searching for a new team member who will provide excellent customer service over the phone and assist the team with our day-to-day operations. This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop your digital skills, and get hands on with e-commerce operations and marketing efforts.

 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with digital marketing initiatives and newsletter
  • Assisting with stock ordering.
  • Routinely checking the website reflects our stock and correcting issues. 
  • Handling inbound phone calls in a professional manner and ensuring follow up by phone/email
  • Identifying and finding solutions for products that are overstocked.
  • Posting to social media pages and ad-hoc blog writing.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge/passion for the hobby is preferred, although not necessary.
  • Confidence communicating on the telephone, and enthusiasm to be helpful.
  • Well written and spoken English.
  • Proficient with technology, and preferably some experience with eCommerce systems - but not necessary. 
  • Proactive problem solver. 

Contractual Hours & Time Commitment

  • The role is 30-40 hours a week, we can be flexible and adjust as preferred.
  • Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and on Saturday from 9-1pm

 

Pay

  • Hourly £10 per hour.
  • Additional Perks: Colleague discount of 20% on Aircraft Model Store.
