Customer Service & Sales Assistant Position
Our customers are at the core of our business. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and work flexible hours. This could include working longer hours during Christmas and less hours during quieter periods.
Customer Service - be the primary point of service for AMS customers.This includes dealing with customer queries over the phone and email. We aim to respond to all emails with 24 hours.
Product knowledge - develop an in depth product knowledge (we will help you with this)
Online shop - creating, editing and uploading product information
Stock Control - ensuring that we have the right items at the right time.
Business growth - helping us to develop new ideas to grow the business through marketing.
General - assist with various projects and our eBay store
Social media management - Posting updates to our Facebook page, and responding to social media enquiries
- Experience with or knowledge of aircraft models is helpful, although not necessary - we can teach you!
- Confidence communicating on the telephone.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficient with computers, and preferably some experience with eCommerce systems.
- Enthusiasm to be helpful and assist our customers to the best of your ability.
Contractual hours will be 18 hours per week.
