Herpa Lufthansa Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner – D-ABPD "Frankfurt" 1/500

On October 31, 2022, D-ABPD touched down on German soil for the first time, following its delivery flight from Everett, Washington. Originally built for China’s Hainan Airlines who cancelled their order for several aircraft, she ultimately became the second Dreamliner to be delivered to Lufthansa. This new run of the Dreamliner is named after the Central German city of Frankfurt, one of the world’s leading financial centers and home to Germany’s largest airport.
