How do I sign up for AMS Rewards?
Click the "Log in or sign up" button above. You can create an account with your name, email address and a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your address.
Once verified, log in and you'll start earning AMS Points straight away.
If you've previously signed up to our newsletter, it may say your email is already in use. If so, simply click "forgotten password" and reset it via the email link, then log back in.
It says my email is already in use. What do I do?
If you've placed an order with us before, an account may have been created for you at checkout without you realising.
Click "forgotten password" with that email address. You'll receive a reset link, and once you've set a new password you can sign in and head back to the rewards section.
If that doesn't work, drop us an email or message us on live chat and we'll sort it for you.
How do the tiers work?
Everyone starts at Bronze, earning 5 AMS Points per £1 spent. As you keep shopping with us you'll move up to Silver (8 points per £1) and then Gold (10 points per £1).
Your current tier and points balance are always visible in the rewards panel once you're logged in.
Where is my discount code?
Discount codes are visible in your AMS account. Click "Copy Code" and use it at the checkout.
Do points expire?
No. Save them up for as long as you like. The bigger coupons give you the most value per point, so it can pay to hold on for that £100 or £125 reward.
