Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Following its commitment to flying the cleanest, greenest fleet in the sky, the UK’s second-largest long-haul airline, Virgin Atlantic, placed an order for Airbus A330neo aircraft to replace older, less efficient variants of the successful A330 series. The first of currently four Airbus A330neos in the fleet, G-VJAZ is fittingly named in honor of Billie Holiday, the famous American jazz singer. Joining the name underneath the cockpit is “Zadie” one of five “Flying Icons” that have recently replaced the “Scarlet Lady”, the classic pin-up girl carrying the Union Jack.

Uh oh, Herpa quality control issues strike again! The right wing was not attached to the fuselage so fell off out of the packaging which was quite disappointing to see, however it hangs in there stable enough that I can rotate the model fully without it falling out, and (as seen in the images) the aircraft can stand on its own ten wheels. Other than that, it looks great, with lovely colours representing the beautiful Virgin livery well. The packaging could be improved, since the paper was scrunched into a ball (model for scale) although this is the first time it has happened so I’ll take it as simple bad luck
Love the new plane addedto my collection it looks great, modern and just overall fantastic!
