Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

From presidential jet to aviation day – 5U-BAG
From the Niger desert to London Heathrow, this Boeing 737-200 was more than just an aircraft – it was the official state aircraft of the Republic of Niger for decades. Since 1978, 5U-BAG has served several presidents, participated in international summits, and regularly traveled on missions around the globe. Their robust equipment with gravel kit even enabled take-offs and landings on unpaved runways in the middle of the Sahara.
After more than 36 years of service, their journey ended in 2014 at the British airfield Lasham. There it stood still for almost a decade - until it was finally recycled in 2023 and its shell was given into our hands.
We have now given this historic jet a second life: as a real Aviationtag, made from the original aircraft skin – including the striking green paintwork, of course. Each day is unique, marked by the traces of their long journey.

Exactly what I was looking for. When you add the great service, packaging and quick delivery, the 5 stars are fully deserved
basically I think these Phoenix models are well made , this one is a good example, they do have a good repertoire of different models, ( hoping for a One Air 747 in the future) but I digress. This one is not too expensive which makes for further samples.
Another brilliant Gemini 200 model! The new display stands are much better than previous. Really impressed definitely recommend!
I do have the 1/400 scale tui 737 but decided to buy the 1/200 scale and glad I did, great packaging great model and well detailed and highly recommended.
This is the best in my collection and it came extremely quickly even with the cheapest shipping option.
