Exclusive and limited Aircraft Skin Tag Edition of the first Airbus A380 of the airline, the A6-EDA.
During its service, the former Emirates Airbus A380 A6-EDA visited 62 airports from Abu Dhabi to Zurich, and 380 tags were created for each airport the aircraft visited. The front side of each tag remains the same throughout the series, displaying that the aircraft completed 6,319 landings at 62 different airports. It also indicates that the aircraft was in service from August 2008 to April 2020, carrying 2.1 million passengers and flying a total of 55,863 hours (equivalent to 6.37 years).
Although they share a common front side, each set of 380 tags has a unique back side that is either grey or green. Inside, collectors will find information about their specific destination. For example, the LAX-tag reveals that the aircraft first visited Los Angeles International Airport on August 5, 2008. This side also displays the destination to which the tag belongs, along with its serial number out of a total of 380.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these items will benefit the Emirates Airline Foundation.
Note: Every tag is unique. Depending on the plane, tags may vary in terms of haptics, material thickness and colour. Small blemishes bear witness to the plane’s long history and are an authentic reminder of its glory days over the clouds. Small scratches, flaky paint and imperfections are totally normal and give our Aviationtags their unique charm – the charm of a vintage product crafted from upcycled materials. These quirks are not the result of the production process, they simply reflect the state of the aircraft material we use when it was extracted. The original aircraft paint of this edition is rather sensitive, so please take good care of your tag!

I have had several A340-600s/300s in the various liveries that have adorned their fleet say from 1993 onwards.This livery was a launch livery for their new A340 600 at Farnborough Air Show in the year 2000! Also their was the Airbus Demonstrator as well in the Airbus house livery!
This particular livery of Virgin Atlantic is one thats very hard to pull off! Many brands have had trouble with their current white reflective job and with this livery known as the silver....Phoenix has opted for like a dull/putty almost grey! The grey on the model and in real life actually reminded me of the BA Landor grey paint.
Besides that Phoenix have pulled this livery off very well in my view,alas the no (4engines ,4 longhaul) though i am sure that was only on the first
delivered A340-600,maybe wrong on that but its not on this model the wording anyways. Not othered either frankly if it was suppose too!
Of recent times Phoenix have done their current livery and that wrong but lovely shade of ruby red paint! Av400/NG were more accurate but i did prefer the incorrect shade! On this model its just red and thats correct.
Overall i think this is my favourite now of all the Phoenix A340-600 liveries as much more going on well executed.

OMG! I was absolutely blown away by this model. I bought it as I’ve flown on the United 757 quite often out of Manchester in the good old days! This model is brilliantly made with great quality and accuracy. I can’t fault it at all. Well done NG A+++++
Really like this addition to mine and my son's collection. Quality looks good as do the markings but perhaps not as detailed as some offerings. I'd still buy again
Phoenix are known for their A340s and especially versions 500/600 series.
Looks like an updated mould and livery was fine.Overall very happy with it!
Depth of Colours are of NG or AV400 standard in the light to my eyesight it seems. Improved packaging i also think,cradle much thicker,better mould to hold model in also fro the looks of it!
