My tracking says delivered but I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

Sometimes a parcel is scanned as delivered slightly before it arrives, so please allow up to 24 hours first. It is also worth checking safe places, your porch or letterbox area, neighbours, and other members of your household. If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us with your order number, and we will open an investigation with the courier.
