Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

This AMS paper mat offers a fantastic way to showcase model aircraft and create a realistic airport to display both 1/400 and 1/500 scale models. Carefully designed and crafted by experts at Aircraft Model Store, this versatile, high-quality mat reflects our understanding and passion for model aircraft. The detailed print on 200gsm poster paper provides accurate runway markings, while remaining versatile and easy to store while not in use. All of our paper mats are designed to work with all brands of models, including our favourites here at Aircraft Model store, such as GeminiJets, NG Models, Herpa, and JC Wings, providing the scale of models match the scale of the mat. All paper mats are shipped in protective packaging, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

Phoenix are known for their A340s and especially versions 500/600 series.
Looks like an updated mould and livery was fine.Overall very happy with it!
Depth of Colours are of NG or AV400 standard in the light to my eyesight it seems. Improved packaging i also think,cradle much thicker,better mould to hold model in also fro the looks of it!
